The QO2 profiling tool measures the extent to which people see opportunities or obstacles at work. It shows you the diverse ways in which people contribute to innovation at work. It comes with a detailed report which includes strategies for communicating with opposite types. Stop that war between your ideas merchants and the naysayers!

This tool can be used with the leadership team, a group of team leaders or a business unit. It helps you to make the best use of those expensive, big-ticket items, your people, making sure the right people are working on the right innovation activities.
